Healthcare Concierge
The healthcare concierge team supports you and your dependents in quickly finding care and getting answers, including 24/7 access to virtual primary or urgent care clinicians through the Centivo Care app. Colleagues aged 18 and over also have access to full-service onsite or pop-up clinics at select offices.

Fitness
Get reimbursed up to $100 per month for in-person or virtual fitness programs or memberships. Alternatively, you can subscribe yourself and up to three of your dependents to a discounted monthly fitness plan through Wellhub to access thousands of fitness and wellness facilities. Select office locations also offer convenient access to an onsite gym.
Financial Wellbeing
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
You will have access to the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and can contribute to your account on a pre-tax, Roth after-tax, or additional after-tax basis. If you elect to contribute to your pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax 401(k) account, you are also eligible to receive the annual Employer Discretionary Match.
Life Insurance
Employee Coverage: We provide basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance coverage of 1.5x earnings up to $500,000 with the option to buy additional coverage.
Dependent Coverage: We provide $10,000 of life insurance coverage for your spouse or domestic partner and $5,000 for each child. Short-Term Disability
You may receive a salary continuation benefit if you cannot work due to illness or injury that extends beyond five consecutive workdays. The benefit provides 60-100% of salary continuance for up to 12 weeks in a rolling 12-month period.
Long-Term Disability
If a disabling condition extends beyond the 12 weeks of short-term disability, you may receive a benefit of 60% of your basic monthly earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $25,000, under the company-paid long-term disability plan.
Commuter Benefits
Commuter benefits save you money by allowing you to pay for transit and parking expenses with pre-tax dollars. If you use public transportation, your monthly payroll deduction will be subsidized by $50 (parking expenses excluded).

Family Wellbeing
Childcare and Eldercare Support
Whenever regular childcare or eldercare is unavailable, we provide access to 20 days, per eligible dependent, of free back-up care per year through Bright Horizons. You will have the flexibility to schedule care at Bright Horizons’ care centers or in your home.
Family Building
The medical plan provides access to coverage for a broad range of fertility services. We also offer adoption and surrogacy support up to $50,000 per child, with a lifetime maximum of $100,000 per program. Women’s and Family Health

Additional Benefits
Food and Hospitality
Certain office locations offer free breakfast and lunch onsite Monday through Friday. Each floor has a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry with snacks. If you are working late in the office or onsite meals are not available at your office location, company-paid Uber Eats meal programs will be available to you. Company-paid Uber rides will also available if you commute outside of regular business hours.
