Medical
You and your eligible dependants will have access to medical benefits under AXA Health, as of your date of hire. Medical history is disregarded and there are no caps or limits on reimbursement for consultants and specialists.1
Through our partnership with AXA Health, additional resources will be available to support you and your family’s wellbeing — including neurodiversity assessments, physiotherapist and GP care, skin cancer support and treatment, menopause support, an annual health screen for covered dependants, and more. Private Medical Clinics and Health Screens
You will have access to services provided by HCA Roodlane, regardless of AXA Health coverage. This includes primary care services at multiple locations throughout London, with same day appointments, access to nine GP appointments, and an additional Menopause GP appointment per calendar year.
You will also have access to an annual health screen of up to £555 through a simplified cashless process if you use an HCA Roodlane clinic. Dependants may also access an annual health screen through HCA Roodlane but will need to go through AXA Health for reimbursement.
Dental and Vision
You and your eligible dependants can access dental coverage through BUPA Dental Choice 4. You can also access comprehensive vision coverage through UNUM Vision Care.
Fitness
We support you in living an active and healthy lifestyle by providing up to £125 reimbursement per month for access to fitness programmes and memberships of your choice. We also offer discounted gym memberships at select providers.
Financial Wellbeing
Retirement
In lieu of an employer pension contribution, you will receive additional priority drawings in the amount of 8%, capped at £10,000 annually or £833.33 per month.
Life Insurance
The firm provides a life insurance benefit equaling 4x your annual earnings2 at date of death.
Personal Accident Insurance
The Personal Accident Plan through Chubb provides up to £100,000 in accidental death, dismemberment, and permanent disablement coverage when travelling on firm business anywhere in the world.
Short-Term: You may receive a priority drawing continuation benefit if you cannot work due to illness or injury that extends beyond five consecutive workdays. The benefit provides 60-100% of priority drawing continuation for up to 12 weeks in a rolling 12-month period.
Long-Term: Benefits may continue after the short-term disability period through a long-term disability plan that provides 50% of earnings2. This benefit may be reduced by any other income you receive because of incapacity. Business Travel Insurance We offer business travel medical insurance through Cigna Envoy and Chubb, as well as business travel accident insurance through Everest Reinsurance Company. Other Financial Benefits You can take advantage of additional offerings to support your financial wellbeing, including tuition reimbursement, convenient will-writing services, and lending guidance through select mortgage broker firms that specialise in high value mortgages and complex income structures. Holiday
You will receive 25 days of holiday per year, which are pro-rated based on start date, in addition to 25 sick days per year. We also recognise eight public holidays per year.
Parental Leave
We provide sufficient time to care for or bond with a new child, including an adopted child or one being cared for through foster care, without impact to base pay.
Family Building
You and your eligible partner will have access to fertility, maternity, and family forming support through Fertifa. Including cash allowances for reimbursement of certain elective fertility and maternity care expenses, such as egg freezing and IVF.
Childcare and Eldercare Support
Whenever regular childcare or eldercare is unavailable, we provide access to 20 days, per eligible dependant, of free back-up care per year through Bright Horizons. You will have the flexibility to schedule care at Bright Horizons’ care centres or in your home.

Breakfast and lunch are offered onsite for free Monday through Friday. Each floor has a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry with snacks. If you are working late in the office, company-paid Uber Eats meal programmes and transport will be available to you.
