All employees will be automatically enrolled in this Scheme on the first of the month following their date of hire. Employer contributions are limited to 8% of the employee’s annual basic salary up to £125,000. Employee contributions are not required.

The Company provides employees a life insurance benefit equaling 4x their basic annual salary at date of death.
 
Short-Term Disability
If an employee’s continuous and total disability extends beyond 25 sick days, they may apply for salary continuance under the Short-Term Disability Plan.
 
Income Protection
Canada Life
Benefits may continue after the Short-Term Disability period through an insured plan that provides 75% of pensionable salary less the employment support allowance and work related activity component.
 
Business Travel Insurance
The Company provides emergency medical, legal and security referral services when travelling internationally on business.
 
     Time Off
 
All employees receive 25 days of time off per year, which are pro-rated based on start date. We also recognise eight public holidays per year.
