Employer Paid Benefits

Corporate Medical Plan
Bupa
All employees, dependents (up to age 25) and domestic partners are eligible for medical benefits under this comprehensive scheme as of date of hire. The plan has Level 1 cover for hospital with emergency ambulance and no excess required. Ancillary benefits are also covered at 80%.
 
Corporate Dental Plan
Bupa
All employees, dependents (up to age 25) and domestic partners are eligible for this plan as of date of hire and may use the dentist of their choice.
 
Corporate Optical Plan

All employees, dependents and domestic partners have access to a wide range of fixed price lens and frame packages at Members First Optical Providers.
 
Life Assurance and Total & Permanent Disability

The company provides four x base salary in life insurance and for Total & Permanent Disability (TPD).
 
Income Protection Plan
MetLife
This company provided plan provides 75% of base salary for the duration of any total and permanent disability to age 65. The plan is effective at the conclusion of the short term disability period.
 
Short-Term Disability
Administered in-house
Your salary will continue during an approved disability leave at either 100% or 60% of basic salary depending on length of service for a maximum of 12 weeks.

    Lyra Provides a range of care options for your emotional and mental health how, when, and where you need it at no cost to you. Lyra’s offering includes 10 mental health coaching and / or therapy sessions for you, your family, and dependents.

  • Headspace

  • Fitness

  • Paid Time Off
    Holidays—all full-time employees receive four weeks paid annual leave each year that are pro-rated based on start date. The Company recognizes nine public holidays per year in NSW.
Superannuation Plan
The company will contribute a percentage of your base salary, equal to the current statutory contribution rate, into an accredited superannuation fund nominated by you. Employees may also contribute to their plan under a salary sacrifice arrangement.

Business Travel Insurance
Citadel provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees traveling on business. In addition, the Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad plan provides employees emergency medical coverage while traveling on business.
