The following is a general description of the benefit plans and programs available to eligible Citadel and Citadel Securities employees. This summary is qualified in its entirety by the provisions of the actual plan documents.

 
Healthcare Coverage
Employees may source healthcare coverage policies for themselves and their families. The firm will provide the employee a direct annual subsidy of up to INR 100,000 toward the cost of the employee’s healthcare policy.
 
Retirement Scheme
Subject to applicable laws, the Company will enroll all employees into the Employee’s Provident Fund (“EPF”) Scheme and make required contribution into the EPF Scheme. Employer contributions to employee EPF schemes will be immediately vested.

 Employees may also make voluntary contributions in accordance with the EPF Scheme rules and relevant Indian laws.
 
Life Insurance
The firm will provide the employee a direct annual subsidy of up to INR 75,000 toward the cost of the employee’s life insurance policy.
 
Personal Accident Insurance
The firm will provide the employee a direct annual subsidy of up to INR 75,000 toward the cost of the employee’s personal accident insurance policy.
 
Short-Term Disability
Employees who are unable to work due to an extended illness or an accident are eligible to continue to receive up to either 100% or 60% of their base salary, depending on your length of service, for a period of up to 12 weeks while recovering.
 
Business Travel Insurance
Citadel provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees traveling on business. In addition, the Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad plan provides employees emergency medical coverage while traveling on business.

Our Growth & Development Team provides professional development opportunities that enhance the performance of our individuals and teams through instructor and self-lead training opportunities.

    Provides a range of care options for your emotional and  mental health how, when, and where you need it at no cost  to you. Lyra’s offering includes 10 mental health coaching  and / or therapy sessions for you, your family, and dependents.

    Citadel promotes an active and healthy lifestyle for employees by providing an INR 8,000 monthly subsidy for employees to purchase health club memberships.
Paid Time Off
All full-time employees receive 18 days of paid annual leave each year that are pro-rated based on start date. Additionally, Citadel recognizes the public holidays on which the Stock Exchanges are closed. 
 
Maternity Leave
Eligible employees who have a baby while employed by Citadel will be entitled to take maternity leave of 26 weeks while receiving full base salary. 
 
Paternity Leave
Eligible employees who become a father of a newly born child or a parent of an adopted child while employed by Citadel will be entitled to take paternity leave of 10 days while receiving full base salary.
