The following is a general description of the benefit plans and programs available to eligible Citadel and Citadel Securities employees. This summary is qualified in its entirety by the provisions of the actual plan documents. Supplemental Medical Coverage
Individual Policy
Citadel provides comprehensive supplemental medical coverage to all employees and their eligible dependents effective on their date of hire.
Life Insurance & Permanent Disability Coverage
Individual Policy
Citadel provides life insurance and disability coverage equal to 3 times the employees’ annual salary. Upon the death of the employee, the coverage will be paid to the employee’s living family.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage
Individual Policy
Citadel provides accidental death and dismemberment coverage equal to 3 times the employees’ annual salary. Upon the death of the employee, the coverage will be paid to the employee’s living family.
Retirement Benefits
Individual Policy
Citadel’s retirement benefit is maintained through an individual, retail policy that is taken out on behalf of the employee and is maintained in conjunction with the employee’s Citadel life insurance policy. The amount of the employee’s retirement benefit is designed to be equal to the value of one month of the employee’s salary for each year of employment with Citadel when the 3rd year of employment is reached.
Short-Term Disability

Your salary will continue during an approved short-term disability leave at either 100% or 60%, depending on your length of service, for a maximum of 12 weeks.
Paid Time Off
All full-time employees receive 20 days paid annual leave each year.
Citadel recognizes nineteen public holidays per year in Japan.
Commuting Cost Reimbursement

Citadel provides employees reimbursement for their monthly commuting costs.
