Corporate Private Medical Plan

All employees, dependents (up to age 25) and domestic partners are eligible for medical benefits as of your date of hire. Employees may personalize their medical coverage by electing up to 3 extra personalize packages to tailor coverage to suit your lifestyle at no extra cost.
 
Corporate Dental Plan

All employees, dependents (up to age 25) and domestic partners are eligible for this plan as of date of hire.
 
Vision Plan
DeCare
All employees are eligible for DeCare’s Level 1 vision plan which provides coverage for annual eye exams and reimbursement for lenses and frames.
 
Life Assurance
Irish Life
The company provides 4x base salary in life insurance.
 
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Administered in-house
Your salary will continue during an approved disability leave at either 100% or 60% of basic salary depending on length of service for a maximum of 12 weeks.
 
Income Protection Plan
Irish Life
Benefits may continue after the STD period through an insured plan that provides 75% of base salary less the social welfare deduction.
 
Retirement Plan
New Ireland
The company will contribute 10% of your base salary into a defined contribution pension plan under which each member has their own separate fund. Employees may also make voluntary contributions from their salary to allow tax relief at source and the investment vehicle will be mutual funds at the direction of the employee.
 
Business Travel Insurance
Citadel provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees traveling on business. In addition, the Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad plan provides employees emergency medical coverage while traveling on business.

Paid Time Off
Holidays—all full-time employees receive 25 days paid annual leave each year that are pro-rated based on start date.
