The following is a general description of the benefit plans and programs available to eligible Citadel and Citadel Securities employees. This summary is qualified in its entirety by the provisions of the actual plan documents.

 
Healthcare Plan
Cigna Healthcare PPO

Eligible employees, dependents and domestic partners are eligible as of their hire date for medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision benefits through the insured Cigna Plan with no pre-existing condition limitations.
 
Retirement Scheme
Central Provident Fund (“CPF”)

Employees who are Singapore citizens and applicable Permanent Residents of Singapore shall be entitled to participate in the statutory Central Provident Fund (CPF) scheme. The CPF is funded by age-banded employer and employee contributions to a series of funded savings accounts designated for specific uses, which include retirement income, housing, education, hospital expenses and approved medical insurance. The employee and employer contribution rates are based on a maximum monthly salary of as stipulated by law from time to time (with the current amount fixed at SGD $6,000). Employees who are not eligible to receive employer contributions to the CPF will receive equivalent cash payments in lieu of the employer contributions.

Group Term Life Insurance & Total and Permanent Disability Insurance
HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Citadel provides eligible employees life insurance coverage equal to 48 times their basic monthly salary.

This benefit also covers eligible employees in the event of a total and permanent disability lasting longer than six months prior to his/her seventieth birthday.
 
The disability benefit will be equal to 48 times the employee’s basic monthly salary, capped at S$3 million. The combined coverage limit without completing medical underwriting for the life insurance and critical illness benefits is S$1,610,000.
 
Group Personal Accident Insurance
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd 

If an eligible employee is injured in an accident, this policy will pay benefits based on the policy schedule.
 
The accident benefit will be 48 times the employee’s basic monthly salary, capped at S$3 million. There is no medical underwriting required by this policy.
 
Group Critical Illness Insurance
HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

If an eligible employee is diagnosed with any of the 37 critical illnesses defined in the policy, the employee will receive a benefit equal to 36x times basic monthly salary, capped at S$750,000. The combined coverage limits without completing medical underwriting for the life insurance and critical illness benefits is S$1,610,000.

Paid Time Off

All full-time employees receive 20 days paid annual leave each year that are pro-rated based on start date. Additionally, Citadel recognizes the gazetted public holidays in Singapore.
 
Short-Term Disability

After three months of employment, an eligible employee’s pay will continue during an approved disability leave at 100% of basic salary for a period determined by the length of service.
 
Business Travel Insurance
The Chubb Group

Citadel provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees traveling on business. In addition, the Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad plan provides employees emergency medical coverage while traveling on business.
 
Maternity Leave

Eligible employees who have a baby while employed by Citadel will be entitled to take maternity leave of 16 weeks while receiving full base salary.
 
Paternity Leave

Eligible employees who become a father of a newly born child or a parent of an adopted child while employed by Citadel will be entitled to take paternity leave of 2 weeks in one continuous period while receiving full base salary.

Childcare Leave

Eligible employees with a child under seven years old are eligible for up to six days of childcare leave (prorated for partial years of service).
 
Extended Childcare Leave

Eligible employees with a child between seven and twelve years old are eligible for two days of extended childcare leave. For parents with children in both age groups (i.e., under seven years old as well as between seven and 12 years old), the total maximum number of childcare leave days six days per year (pro-rated for partial years of service).

 

Unpaid Infant Care Leave

Eligible employees with children below the age of two years old may take leave without pay for up to 6 days a year. This is additional to any entitlement to paid Childcare leave.
