DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS
 
If you believe that you are being harassed in violation of the Company’s Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation, you should immediately report such conduct to:

In addition to the internal complaint procedures, employees who believe they have been subjected to harassment may file a complaint with either or both government agencies listed below. Using the Company’s complaint process does not prohibit an employee from filing a complaint with these agencies. Both agencies require employees to file a claim within 300 days.
