Eden Health
You and your dependents will have 24/7 access to primary care and mental health services with Eden Health’s concierge healthcare team via telehealth or in-person care, including onsite at our New York and Chicago offices. We also offer our people access to onsite physical therapy, annual wellness checks, flu shots, dermatology and more. 
 
Fitness
You will be eligible to be reimbursed up to $100 per month for in-person or virtual fitness programs.

Childcare and Eldercare Support
Whenever regular care is unavailable, you will have access to 20 days, per child, of free childcare per year from Bright Horizons. You will have the flexibility to schedule care in Bright Horizons’ care centers or in your home. In-home care support can be used for children or elders.
 
Family Planning 
If you are enrolled in the company’s medical plan, you will have access to a broad range of fertility and family planning resources and benefits.

Time Off

Whether you are going on a vacation or need to take a sick or personal day, we provide generous time off policies to support you. These include:

    • Vacation. Employees with more than two years of total working experience are eligible for 20 days of annual paid time off. Those with less than two years of work experience receive 15 days.
    • Holidays. We recognize all ten NYSE public holidays.
    • Personal Days and Floating Holidays.
    • Sick Leave. Six sick days each year.

You will have access to our 401(k) Savings Plan and can contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax or Roth basis. If you elect to contribute to a 401(k) account, Citadel will match your contribution up to a maximum of 4% of your eligible compensation.
