Medical Plan

Canada Life

Employees, dependents and domestic partners are eligible for medical, prescription drug, vision and hearing benefits through this supplemental plan beginning on date of hire.

Dental Plan

Canada Life

Employees, dependents and domestic partners have access to basic, preventative and major restorative services under this plan beginning on date of hire.

Registered Retirement Savings Plan

Sun Life

Employees are eligible to participate from their date of hire and may contribute up to 18% of their eligible compensation (base salary plus performance bonus), subject to maximum government limits. Match is paid on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 4% of eligible compensation, capped at $11,200 for 2023.

Paid Time Off

Employees who have more than two years of full-time work experience (either at Citadel /Citadel Securities or another organization) will receive four weeks (20 days) annual vacation.

Employees who have less than two years of full-time work experience will receive three weeks (15 days) of annual vacation. A fourth week (5 days) will begin to accrue on January 1 in the year following achievement of their two-year work experience milestone.

One floating holiday and two personal days will also be granted this year. Vacation, floating holidays and personal days are prorated based on an employee’s start date.

Citadel will recognize 10 public holidays this year.

Short-Term Disability

Administered in-house

Your salary will continue during an approved disability at either 100% or 60% depending on length of service for a maximum of 12 weeks.

Basic Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

Prudential

Citadel provides basic life and AD&D insurance 1.5x total annual earnings up to a maximum amount of $500,000 each for basic life and for AD&D. In addition, spouses or domestic partners are covered for $10,000 and each child for $5,000. This is a guaranteed issue.

Business Travel Insurance

Citadel provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees traveling on business. In addition, the Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad plan provides employees emergency medical coverage while traveling on business.
